Join us on Sunday December 14th, 6-8 PM online via Zoom. This course provides students with the knowledge and skills required to safely and confidently navigate the airport environment in accordance with the Private Pilot Airman Certification Standards (ACS). Training covers proper taxi techniques, situational awareness, runway incursion avoidance, and correct interpretation of airport signs, markings, and lighting systems. Students will learn best practices for movement area communication, sterile cockpit procedures during taxi, and how to apply these standards in both day and night operations. By the end of the course, pilots will demonstrate proficient ground handling and clear understanding of critical airport visual cues essential for safe flight operations.
